- go on a 30minute walk, sweat things up and challenge yourself on a route with hills
- if your taking public transportation, instead of getting off at your stop, get off a stop before and walk the rest of the way there
- bike with a friend and go explore a new neighborhood you've never been to
- if you have a gym membership, try an exercise class
- round up some friends and play a good ol' game of basketball
